Gatlinburg Snowsports Center offers 4 and 5 week programs and single day programs for organized church groups, primary and middle schools, high schools and colleges for credit and non-credit.

For Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and other special interest groups, we tailor the program to your needs.

Our program meets and exceeds the state's requirements for physical education credit. Our program is designed for all ability levels in both alpine skiing and snowboarding.

Facilities
The Gatlinburg Snowsports Center located at Ober Gatlinburg offers the WinterSports Program. This program is subject to the operating schedule of the ski resort. Please call
the snow report (865-436-5423) for updated weather & slope conditions.

WSP Operating Times
The WinterSports Program operates Sunday through Friday during non-holiday periods.
Students may use their vouchers on any day during this time period, but lessons will be available only during the group’s appointed day and time.

***Vouchers 2012***
At the first meeting of the group, participants will receive and sign for all of their program vouchers. These vouchers are the same as cash and should be kept in a safe place. WSP Vouchers are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Should you lose or forget your voucher, you may purchase one through the Gatlinburg Snowsports Center. There will be no refund or replacement of vouchers.

Check-In Procedures
Students must present voucher at the Ticket Center for alpine, snowboard or lift ticket.

2 Hour Instructional Session
Each session of skiing/snowboarding includes a two-hour instructional session. Students are classified by ability and grouped into classes accordingly. Class times will be set by the supervisor at the ski school building.

Individual Cancellations
Individuals that miss a scheduled session cannot make up the instructional time but are free to use the remaining sessions at their convenience provided that it occurs Sunday through Thursday non-holiday periods. Any unused scheduled sessions are non-refundable and must be used before the official ski resort closing date.

Group Cancellations
The Gatlinburg Snowsports Center has the right to cancel classes due to weather conditions. Missed sessions will be made up the following week or will resume when weather & slope conditions permit. Any unused sessions that are directly related to weather & slope conditions will be refunded or prices adjusted upon invoicing the group

Additional Sessions
After completion of the 4/5-week program, additional ski sessions may be purchased by participants at the Gatlinburg Snowsports Center. These are for rental and lift tickets only.

Alpine: $28.00/session
Snowboard: $35.00/session
Lift Ticket only: $28.00/session
